Yoga and chiropractic care share the same fundamental intention: to remove what is in the way so the body can function as it was designed to. Together, they create something greater than either does alone. These classes are where that union happens.

What makes these classes different

  • Monday & Thursday: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM 

Most yoga classes open the body. Most chiropractic sessions work with the spine and nervous system. These classes do both, in the same session, in a specific sequence designed to maximise the benefit of each.

 

We begin with Hatha yoga, using asana and pranayama to release rigidity, reduce tension and direct conscious breath into the areas of the body that have stopped flowing freely. 

 

Once the body is open and receptive, a precise chiropractic adjustment brings the nervous system into deeper alignment, creating new pathways of communication and enhancing the body’s capacity to adapt.

 

The adjustment lands differently in a prepared body. The results are felt differently too. Physically, the combination reduces tension in the nervous system and helps the body manage the stresses of daily life more effectively. Energetically, it stimulates a more unified flow throughout the entire system.
