One of my earliest memories is being in my mother’s clinic, and as I grew older, I saw the fulfilment she felt from helping her patients, easing their pains and assisting them to a greater sense of well-being.

When I realised that Chiropractic was the path I wanted to take, I studied at the Anglo European Chiropractic College in Bournemouth, just like my mother, father, and brother. The human system is incredibly complex, and chiropractic is simple in its approach because it can help the body handle stress better, remove the interference of trauma, and allow patients to find their optimum health. My passion is discovering the link between the brain, body, spirit, and nature.

Music, I believe, is one of the connections between the body, brain, spirit, and nature. We all move to our own sense of rhythm and find our inner beat, similarly to Chiropractic care, they both offer us the experiences of vibration, each level feeding our senses and allowing us to engage with our emotions, some excite and energise us, while others calm and ground us.

“One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain,” Bob Marley once said.

Yoga has inspired me to seek out a deeper rhythm within myself, to understand the vital tempo of the breath, and to allow the flow of energy to strengthen my connection within myself and to the earth.

I recently established an Academy at the clinic where graduates can come to learn the knowledge and techniques I employ.

I graduated from AECC in 2014. In that time I have worked in the U.K, Peru, Spain, Holland with voluntary work in Haiti, Domincan republic and India.

What I love about chiropractic is being able to help people live a life more connected with themselves, returning them back to the activities that they love to do, the passions that bring meaning to their life, because that is what living is!

Whats amazing is everywhere around the world where I have worked the principle; the body is self healing and has the power to heal from within has always been understood. Its our job as chiropractors to facilitate that healing process by removing the interference that is blocking the body’s natural ability to heal.

My passions outside of chiropractic include surfing, tennis, guitar and yoga. In recent years my passion for yoga has led me to teach yoga and combine it with chiropractic care. The 2 are essientally one of the same to bring harmony to our mind body spirit taking us closer to our true essence. I lke to think chiropractic as lazy mans yoga and yoga as poor mans chiropractic.

Chiropractor

I am Michael, and I recently joined the “Karmalife-Chiropractic” family.

I can honestly claim that, as a native of Germany, I fell in love with England, its people and the stunning nature especially here on the south coast.

But much more, I like the variety of characters, languages, and civilizations.

Like many of you, I have faced a variety of health obstacles throughout my life.

I have spent a lot of time, money, and effort over the past 10 years trying to get myself out of those challenging health problems and by researching many facets of the human body, mind, and spirit, I was able to regain my health. My decision to pursue a career as a chiropractor, where I can approach and assist the human body holistically, was influenced by this.

I believe that regardless of your age and current health status, you can experience the feeling of vibrant health again where you feel the urge to be active, to run, jump, play and laugh every day.

We will determine what you and your body require through a methodical and thorough assessment. This will provide me with a wealth of information so I can utilise the most effective methods and resources to assist you in achieving your objectives.

I will always listen to your body and your needs and hopefully we can get your health back so you can be active and go through life with a big smile on your face.
